Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?
Receipts will be sent to you by email.
How do I get a certificate for my attendance to the meeting?
Certificates will be given to you during the congress.
How will I find out if my abstract is accepted?
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and successful delegates will be notified of their poster or oral presentation by 16 April.
When does registration begin?
You can register from 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
How do I get to the meeting venue in Lisbon?
A map and directions can be found here and through the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.
Is free internet available throughout the day?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.
Is there any car parking at the meeting venue?
Parking spaces are not available at the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. A public parking garage is available at 50m from the FCG (Berna, Rua Marquês Sá da Bandeira). What methods of payment can I use?
You can pay registration only by bank transfer. On-site registration payment can be made only by cash (Euro only).
Does registration include meals?
Your registration fee includes lunches and all tea/coffee breaks. Congress dinner is optional.
Is it easy to see more of Lisbon outside of the course venue?
Yes it is; the venue is located about 4km from the centre of Lisbon. It is a short trip into the heart of the city from the nearby ‘São Sebastião’ Metro station (5 min. walk: see map at http://www.metrolisboa.pt/informacao/planear-a-viagem/diagrama).
